    about to do a valve job on my 1.6l sohc si motor. do anyone have any suggestion regarding upgrades i could have done while doing the valve job?

    Since you are going to do this I would say change Spark plugs, Rods, If you want paint the cover of the engine so it's the same as the car! Change the air filter to K&N Or AEM , Change oil to Mobil 1, Change Oil filter to Fram Double Gard. ect.
